What payment mode do you accept?

We accept all Debit card/Credit card/Net Banking/UPI and through major payment wallets through an encrypted payment gateway like Paytm, Razorpay, etc.

All the Transactions are protocoled in a Premium Web Server. Are there any hidden charges?

There are absolutely no hidden charges. You pay the money only which you see on the order summary. Except for International orders since the shipping charges may vary for different countries.

What should I do if my payment fails?

In case of a payment failure, please retry:

  • Ensure information passed on to the payment gateway is accurate i.e. account details, billing address, password (for net banking).
  • Ensure your Internet connection is not disrupted in the process.

Shipping & Tracking

What is the delivery time period?

Orders within Tamilnadu are delivered within 24-48 hours, and Other state orders are delivered in 3-4 working days. Delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping address.

Do I expect delivery on all days of the week?

Unfortunately no, delivery is not available on Sundays and other Government holidays.

Is there any shipping charges?

We offer free shipping to the following states Tamil Nadu, Pondicherry, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Kerala and Karnataka.

International shipping refer to our International Shipping Rates.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

How could I cancel my order?

Please contact our Customer Care at support@nammaoorusuvai.in to cancel the order and refund your payment before 5 hours of cut off time. If the order is shipped already, unfortunately we wouldn’t be able to cancel it.

Do you accept bulk order?

Yes, we do accept bulk orders for parties, corporate events, and re-selling. The prices may vary according to your products and quantity of purchase. Kindly write to us at support@nammaoorusuvai.in with your requirements.

I want to place an order but I don't want any price tag or invoice attached as it is a gift for someone. Is it possible?

Unfortunately no! Because of the prevalent regulations, we send the invoice along with the product. Tags are also left intact so that a product can be replaced if your loved one faces any issues.

I wish to add a few more products to my order. Will it be possible?

Once you have confirmed the order and we have accepted it, unfortunately you cannot add any more products to your order. You have to place a separate order.

How do I give a review about my purchase on Namma Ooru Suvai?

Yes, your friend can receive your orders. The delivery person will request the person receiving the product to fill in the delivery challan so that we will have the details of the particular.
